This competition-style combo puts you in the judges' seat at a Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned barbecue contest, where teams are required to submit barbecue for judging in four meat categories; chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder, and beef brisket.

We're confident when you judge our barbecue for taste and tenderness, you will be the winner!

Serves 10-12

• Pork spare ribs – Two individually packaged slabs
• Whole pork shoulder (click for reheating info) – One package, 2 lbs.
• Chopped beef burnt ends – One package, 1 lb.
• Sliced brisket – One package, 1 lb.
• Smoked whole chicken – One packaged whole chicken
• Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que Sauce - Two 14 oz. bottles
• All items are fully cooked, shipped in a cooler, delivered partially frozen to refrigerator cold
