The Z-Man. From its humble origin story to the legends of its super powers, the Z-Man is Kansas City's award-winning, accolade-achieving, superhero sandwich.

The Z-Man starts with a toasted Kaiser roll and a bit of Joe's Kansas City Bar-B-Que Sauce, then a pile of slow-smoked, thin-sliced, brisket is added, topped with smoked provolone and two crispy onion rings and some more sauce.

This kit contains all the ingredients you'll need to build eight heroic Z-Man sandwiches at home. Assembly instructions included.

Z man kit

I have been to the original Joe’s and enjoyed several entrees. However I wanted to try something different for the Supper Bowl, so I tried the Z man kit. I was very disappointed, I followed the directions however it wasn’t good. The meat was tender however the onion rings didn’t go over well. My experience with the Z man kit was not good therefore I will not recommend the kit and stick with my brunt ends, dirty rice and of course chicken gumbo. Cheryl C. Philly

We used to live in KC and KC Joes was always our favorite. This year while we watched the Super Bowl to cheer on the Chiefs from CA, we ordered the ZMan sandwich kit. It was a slice of heaven. It arrived completely frozen and easy to assemble. The taste was what we remembered. The brisket was so juicy and smoky. We loved it and plan on ordering it again!

Brisket Z-man Kit Christmas Presents

I sent 3 boxes of the Z-man kits to each of my kids in New York, NY, Memphis, TN and St. Paul, MN. Each of them said it was the best Christmas present they received this year. They all said the kit was so easy to reheat and tasted delicious. I look forward to sending it again next year.
