Our burnt ends and sliced brisket combo is all about beef barbecue at its best. Our beef is slow-smoked for seventeen hours over Missouri White Oak (which, by the way, happens to be the same wood that whiskey makers use to make barrels for aging bourbon). Tender, moist, and smoky, this hearty combo will put smiles on the faces of the meat-eaters at your table.
