Joe's burnt ends are cut from the point of the brisket. Burnt ends originated right here in Kansas City in the 1970s and we think they were perfected by Joe's KC BBQ. Our burnt ends are caramelized and intensely smoky on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. We prepare all our smoked meats in our USDA sanctioned smokehouse and package them immediately to ship to your door.
